Blockchain entrepreneur Dan Larimer has left Block. one, the firm that raised nearly $4 billion to develop the software for the EOS blockchain.

 

Dan Larimer co-founded the firm and had acted as its chief technical official since 2017, declared the departure on Block. one social network Voice.com on Sunday stating, I will keep my mission of developing free market, voluntary solutions for securing life, property, liberty, and justice for all. I don’t clearly know what is next, but I am going towards creating more censorship-resistant technologies. 

 

However, the CEO of Block. Brendan Blumer stated, He is not the only one being grateful for the contributions Larimer had made to date, and he looks forward to seeing what Larimer will do next.

 

Larimer said he left Block. one as of Dec. 31, 2020. The Virginia-based technologist declared his boycott of Twitter yesterday, saying its restriction has gained out of power, likely a reference to the organization’s banning of U.S. President Donald Trump the earlier day.
