A few days back, the firm offered a severance package to the employees who are not happy with Armstrong’s mission statement. Nearly 5% of the employees on Coinbase had left the company as of October 14. Coinbase exchange is one of the most valuable and public cryptocurrency trades. The firm is currently exploring a public stock offering in 2021.
