Cleanspark, a bitcoin mining company, pays $28 million for 10,000 Bitmain miners. Bitcoin mining company Cleanspark announced on Wednesday that it has signed an agreement to buy 10,000 new Bitmain Antminer S19j Pro mining rigs for $28 million. Kleinspark expects the machines to be delivered to the company’s facilities by late October or early November 2022. Bitcoin miner Cleanspark (nearby: CLSK) has announced that it has signed an agreement with Cryptech Solutions to purchase 10,000 Antminer S19j Pro Bitmain mining rigs. Cleanspark reportedly exceeded 3 EH/s and daily production peaked at 13.25 BTC. At the time, Cleanspark CEO Matt Schultz noted that the company was ready for the crypto winter.
10,000 new Bitmain-branded Bitcoin miners should arrive at Cleanspark’s mining rigs in around two months, according to a press statement the business issued to Bitcoin.com News. The Bitcoin Mine acquired fresh “millions of” mining for 28 million “after” arrival and discount,” which was published on the public list. CLEANSPARK’s CEO, Za Bradford, stated that the firm wished to establish an infrastructure. According to Broadboard, “We focused on developing infrastructure towards the conclusion of last year’s appropriate market, not in the industrial era of early equipment.” The CEO said, “This approach enabled us to acquire land platforms at a considerably reduced cost, reducing the period between capital allocation and hashing and expediting return on investment.”
At the time of publication, Bitcoin’s hash rate is 227.99 hashes per second (EH/s) or 227,990,154,305,221,200,000 hashes (H/s). Cleanspark claims to have over 37,000 Bitcoin mining machines with a current hash rate of 3,800,000,000,000,000,000 H/s or 3.8 EH/s. The company owns 1.66% of global hash power at 3.8 EH/s, and Cleanspark notes that it records production of 14.9 bitcoins per day.
